Join for essential updates on the status of Native languages in North
America, highlighting some of the outstanding new developments that are currently taking place in Indian Country. The event will include scenes from Rising Voices/Hótȟaŋiŋpi, a new documentary on language revitalization that is being broadcast nationally on public stations this month, as well as an informational panel, featuring:

The goal of this meeting is to highlight the work on Native languages and how it relates to ongoing federal efforts to address language education.
