Next week, staff from the Center for Native American Youth will travel to Palm Springs, CA to connect with Native youth and tribal service providers, and share insights from the inaugural Gen-I Online Roundtable survey.
On Dec 6, CNAY will meet with youth and community practitioners to learn about challenges, priorities, and impactful programs affecting Native youth in the Palm Springs area.
Later that week, CNAY will present at the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention’s Walking with Youth conference and the Office for Victims of Crimes’ Indian Nations conference. Both sessions will shed light on Native youth’s priorities, challenges, and ideas regarding violence and safety, based on results of the Gen-I survey.
