2016 White House Tribal Nations Conference Social Media Guide

GEN-I Logo_New-250pxFor the third consecutive year, the Obama Administration has invited Native youth from across the country to participate in the annual White House Tribal Nations Conference (WHTNC) in Washington, DC.

On Monday, Sept 26, American Indian and Alaska Native Youth Delegates will participate in the Tribal Nations Conference alongside elected Tribal leaders and federal officials. The Tribal Nations Conference can be streamed live from anywhere at whitehouse.gov/live .

On Tuesday, Sept 27, Youth Delegates will take part in the second annual White House Tribal Youth Gathering. The Gathering includes special programming focused on strengthening youth civic engagement efforts to address critical issues that affect Tribes, communities, and Indian Country as a whole. Youth will join Cabinet Secretaries, Senior White House Administrative staff, and other federal officials to share their priorities and recommendations for the next President of the United States.
