Young People For (YP4) is a non-profit, non-partisan youth leadership development program for college-aged youth interested in improving their communities through social justice. Each year, YP4 selects a fellowship class of 150 young people all around the country. Fellows engage in trainings geared towards building their leadership capacity, are matched with a mentor who shares their issue of concern or approach towards social change, and may receive a small seed grant to support their work during this one-year Fellowship program.
Throughout the one year Fellowship, Fellows are offered training, technical support, and media assistance as they implement a self-designed community project called a Blueprint for Social Justice.
