2 Native Women Recognized by White House Champions of Change Initiative

The White House honored 11 young women in September who are impacting their communities with their courageous leadership. These “Champions of Change” are all multicultural women and are managers in various industries such as technology, health care, education and agriculture.Two Native American women were among the Champions – Amanda Tachine (Navajo Nation) and Ashley McCray (Absentee Shawnee).
