Aug. 28 NOW Message: Requesting Native Youth Perspectives on Oral Health

Chehuntamo! (“Greetings” in the Miccosukee language)

This NOW message contains information about an opportunity for Native youth to share their perspectives on oral health!

The vision of the Center for Native American Youth (CNAY) is for all Native youth to lead full and healthy lives, to have equitable education opportunities, and to inspire future generations. CNAY consistently hears from young people that lack of dental care is a serious issue and top priority, and we want to ask for more viewpoints and perspectives from youth across Indian Country!

Please read through and answer the five questions in the online form below if you are a Native youth. If not, we encourage you to share the form with schools, Native youth councils, or other youth groups who want to get involved and offer their perspectives on oral health care among young Native Americans.
