For students who are interested in entering the field of international education with an
emphasis on working with diverse and underrepresented students, there is an
opportunity to participate in an intensive 9-month full-time Diversity Abroad Internship Program. Interns will work with students and
international education professionals at colleges/universities and provider
organizations to increase participation and promote diversity and inclusive
good practices in international education.

The Diversity Abroad Internship program participates in the Go
Global Campus Tour, which will bring the interns to colleges and universities
throughout the country to give presentations, man information tables, and speak
with faculty and staff. Interns also
participate in training, professional development, networking opportunities
from Diversity Abroad staff, university partners, and provider organizations;
along with activity involvement in student advising, outreach, marketing,
membership management, event planning, and resource development. Interns also
